B&B Appliance has proudly served San Diego's North County since 1968. We take great pride in separating ourselves from our "Big Box" competitors through providing a superb buying and service experience; all the while, utilizing the billion dollar buying power of BrandSource (the nation's largest independent buying group).

Our technicians frequently report to the sales team, providing insight that the folks at the "Big Box" do not have. The same technicians function as a support team for each appliance that we sell. We do not send third party servicers, nor a separate division of our company. With B&B Appliance, the customer knows exactly who they are dealing with and who is entering their home.

Being a staple in our Escondido community, it is our pleasure to frequently support many local causes and efforts. With great joy, we partner with our neighbors that share a deep commitment to our surrounding community. B&B Appliance has been a long time supporters of Young Life and the athletics departments at each of our 3 local high schools. Moreover, we look forward to donating the use of our delivery vehicles to transport food and supplies from a local church to Interfaith Community Services each spring.

• Alex General Manager

  Since joining the company in 2007, Alex has utilized his tremendous leadership skills to continually inspire our team. He has a passion for healthy and thriving communities, leading him to serve at the Church of Saint Timothy, support the local Boys & Girls Clubs, and volunteer to coach youth soccer and Little League. Alex and his wife have three boys to keep them busy. Fittingly, his favorite appliance is the Speed Queen washer.

• Jessica Operations Manager

  The primary drive in Jessica's life is FAMILY. "It is the most important thing to me and I see the B & B team as an extension of that family. I'm beyond blessed to work with this amazing group of kind, hard-working individuals." You can often find her improving the functions of the business with a warm cup of coffee in hand; poured from her favorite appliance--the JennAir coffee maker.

• Davis Service Manager

  Davis joined the B&B family shortly after high school. He transitioned into the Service Department after spending several years on the Installation Team and has excelled in his role as our Service Manager. His attention to detail and skill in repairing complicated appliances is unparallelled. Davis spends his free time outdoors riding his motorcycle, mountain biking and camping. His favorite appliance is a True refrigerator.

• Bill Hunter Sales Team

  Bill LOVES his job. He carries +30 years of experience in the home appliance industry and has the stories to prove it. His knowledge in the field is second to none and this is reflected in the educational approach he has with our clients and his co-workers. A family man, Bill ("Pop-Pop") and his wife ("Mimi") recently welcomed their first two grandbabies to the world. When he’s got a free day, you’ll find him on the golf course or in the bleachers watching baseball. Bill's favorite appliance is the beautiful Blue Star Range.

• Cristal Sales Team

  Meet the best friend that you didn't know you had. Cristal brings a positive and collaborative voice to the buying experience. She shares in the client's excitement to create a beautiful and welcoming living space. Like her colleagues, Cristal values time with her family and friends and often enjoys the splendors that southern California has to offer. Her favorite appliance is the True built-in refrigerator.

• Sean Sales Team

  Sean is an extremely knowledgeable salesman. In fact, you will be hard pressed to find an individual with a better understanding of the full array of options available to a client. He is a master of navigating the often complicated rebate programs and will creatively present the best option for his clients. When he’s not helping you pick out the perfect product, he’s playing with his young son, following his favorite sports team or camping on the beach. His favorite appliance is Monogram built-in refrigerator.

• Albert Installation Team

  Albert is a gentle, kind, and conscientious installer. When facing a challenge he simply states, "It just needs a little extra love." Albert loves spending time with his beautiful daughter. A talented artist, Albert has murals spread throughout our community. His dog, Amigo, is his best friend that greets him at the door after a long day at work. His favorite appliance is the Bosch dishwasher.

• Armando Installation Team

  Armando has been installing appliances for over 10 years, providing him with a detailed eye to match his incredible physical strength and skill. He loves meeting new people and takes great joy in seeing them smile when he completes their kitchen install. In his free time, he enjoys playing and coaching soccer on the weekends. His favorite appliance is the Kitchenaid built-in refrigerator.

• Lupe Office Manager

  "My name is Jennifer, but I go by Lupe at the office. I love singing and being goofy." Lupe is our office manager and she leads her team with smiles, love and laughter. She’s been a B&B family member for over 30 years! Her favorite appliance is the JennAir coffee maker.

• Andrea Accounts Receivable

  Andrea says, "I love working with the outstanding team at B&B Appliance. Our friendly, hardworking professionals keep your refrigerator cold, your oven warm, and your laundry clean and fluffy!" Her favorite appliance, the Elica vent , is featured in the showroom. "It is elegant and very sparkly! Come see it!"

• Eileen Accounting Manager

  Eileen’s character shines with integrity and kindness. Years before joining the B&B Appliance team, she was a loyal customer who purchased 3 items that continue to provide for her and her family’s needs. She enjoys hiking and jeeping with her family and their dog. Eileen’s favorite appliance is her Speed Queen washer.

• Brenna Customer Service

  This is sweet Brenna. She’ll take care of your customer service need with grace and kindness. In her free time, she likes to cook while listening to some good classic Soul music, or watch Disney movies with her little guy! Both her little and big guy love Pizza from her favorite appliance, the Monogram Smart Hearth Oven in Brass!

• Rick Parts Manager

  The appliance industry offers tens of thousands of various machines--each with different systems and parts. Rick, our Parts Manager, serves as a functional appliance parts encyclopedia that supports our fleet of technicians and installers. Every single part that passes through our building is processed by Rick. He is a very active father that loves coaching his son's football team, camping, fishing, and riding his dual sport motorcycle. His favorite appliance is the new Monogram column refrigerator.

• Armando Service Technician

  Some people are just mechanically inclined. That’s Armando. His positive attitude, ready smile and repair skills are a welcomed site when your appliance doesn’t work. He’s continually learning to hone his skills to keep up with all the newest appliance innovations. He enjoys riding his motorcycle off road and in the dessert. When he’s not riding, he’s working on them. Armando’s a true Gearhead. His favorite appliance is the custom-colored BlueStar Range , in Signal Blue!

• Jeremy Service Technician

  This is Jeremy, our loveable, karaoke singing service technician. He is easy-going and can find humor in many things. Jeremy loves to work through complicated puzzles and will not rest until a solution is provided. He spends his time away from work with his family and friends and loves to travel. His favorite appliance is the sleek Bosch refrigerator.

• JR Service Technician

  JR has spent the entirety of his professional career in the service industry. Specializing in refrigeration and gas cooking equipment, our senior technician takes immense pride in maintaining the equipment that matters most in a home. He is the proud father of 3 boys (one of which is our General Manager) and grandfather of seven. JR’s favorite appliance is the KitchenAid dishwasher.

• Roman Service Technician

  Roman often arrives at the office wearing a new set of bandages on Mondays. Most weekends you can find him on the rugby pitch enjoying the challenge, dirt and injuries that come with nearly 200-year old sport. Post match, Roman enjoys a meal off of his favorite appliance--the Traeger grill.

• Melody  

  Melody's parents founded B&B Appliance in 1968 and taught her, "Be honest, fair, and work hard with integrity. Appreciate your customers with extraordinary service.” She continues to lead by this example over 50 years later. Outside of the office, Melody enjoys spending time with her family, either at home or traveling, as her reward for a job well done. Her favorite appliance is the Dacor wine station.

• Bill President

  This is Bill. He is our fearless leader. When he's not cracking jokes and directing the company, he spends time riding his bike, skiing, or traveling the world. Bill serves on the boards of Emmanuel Faith Community Church and Generate Hope. He and his wife have two beautiful adult daughters, and three wonderful grandchildren. His favorite appliance is the True Refrigerator.

• Krystal Accounts Payable

  Krystal is extremely caring and goes above and beyond for our clients. She brings to the table years of accounting and customer service experience, and she is always working on making processes more efficient. Her number one priority is family, and she is the proud mom of three children. In her free time, she uses her creativity as a skilled Makeup Artist. Her favorite appliance is the JennAir coffee maker.

• James Service Technician

  With over fifteen years of construction experience, James’ skillset has been a huge asset to our team. He was raised ranching in Northern California, and enjoys a hard day’s work helping people. James is a family man who enjoys spending is free time with his wife and son. His favorite appliance is the Frigidaire 36” Black Induction Cooktop.
