European Style Convection System
The genuine European style convection system features a third heating element that surrounds the fan at the back of the oven. The fan circulates heat evenly throughout the interior of the oven, resulting in shorter cooking times and no intermingling of flavors.
Rotisserie Feature
Cooking with a rotisserie is a more gentle form of grilling and roasting. Indirect heat evenly browns all sides as the food is rotated. The result is an increase in moisture and tenderness due to the preservation of juices.
4 Burner Cooktop
The range cooktop is made of stainless steel and equipped with 4 burners. The cast iron grates have rubber feet, providing better stability and are dishwasher safe.
Flame Failure Safety Device
